MRO Mechanics Program

Funded training with monthly allowance and employment opportunity

Aircraft component Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) organisations are curently looking for suitable candidates to be trained under their respective apprenticeship programs.​

 

About the Program

​

Each apprenticeship program varies in duration, however, the programs share common aircraft maintenance courses, Technical English course, soft-skill courses and On-the-Job training at the respective MRO organisations., which are based in Selangor.

​

Students will be provided with monthly allowance throughout the apprenticeship program.

​

This program is conducted by Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC), in collaboration with the MRO organisations, and APR-Aviation Training Centre as the aviation training provider.

​

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by SHRDC for a briefing and an Interview session.

​

Requirements

  • Malaysians, age 17- 23 years old

  • SPM or equivalent academic quialification with minimum PASS in English Language, Mathematics, Physics/Science.

Aircraft Technicians Program

Funded training with monthly allowance and employment opportunity

​

A CAAM Part-145/EASA Part-145 Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) based in KLIA is looking for suitable candidates to be apart of their organization as Aircraft Technicians.

​

About the Program

​

This program will be conducted for 1 year, and comprises of aircraft maintenance courses, an English course, soft-skill courses and On-the-Job training at the AMO facility in KLIA.

​

Students will be given a monthly allowance throughout the training period and employment opportunity upon completion of this program.

​

This program is another collaboration between Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC) and an aviation maintenance organization based in Selangor. APR-Aviation Training Centre is the official training partner for the aircraft maintenance courses.

​

Requirements

  • Malaysians, age below 28 years old

  • Applicant must hold a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
    Those with CAAM Part-66 Category A Licence may also apply.
