Programs: Aircraft Mechanic Level 1
Our Aircraft Mechanic Level 1 is a part-time, basic aviation course designed for aviation enthusiasts with either no or limited experience in the industry.

The course will serve to introduce the fundamentals of an aircraft to students with theoretical knowledge on modules such as Basic Engineering, Electric, Airframe, Gas Turbine Engines, Aviation Safety, Ground Handling and Legislation.

Students who have successfully completed this course and obtained a minimum of one (1) year working experience in the aviation industry also have the option to further their career through:

CAAM Part-66 Category A to obtain a technician license after 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience and passing the required module examinations in respective categories

CAAM Part-66 Category B to obtain an engineer's license after 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience and passing the required module examinations in respective categories
Requirements

SPM (A minimum Pass in English, Mathematics, Physics or Science
(Exception given to students with at least one (1) year of aircraft maintenance experience) -
Able to read, write and understand the English language

Two (2) evenings (6.30pm to 9.30pm) & one Saturday (9.00am to 5.00pm)
