AIR LEGISLATION & AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS

 

This aim of this course is to provide students with the basic foundation in understanding the implication of Air Laws on the aviation industry.  It also equip students with the fundamental knowledge of airworthiness requirements as it relates to safety in air travel and streamlining international governance of the airspace for both military and civil airborne operations.  Students will be able to appreciate the importance of the implementations of specific and strict rules and regulations in the air transport industry, including maintenance and manufacturing environements.

Syllabus is based on Module 1, BCAR Section L.  This course includes JAR 145 : Approved Maintenance Organisations and A1 Primary Company manufacturing organisation. 

 
PRE-REQUISITE : 
Able to read, write and understand English language, effectively. 
Interest in Aviation laws relating to Airworthiness Requirements. 
Relevant experience in aviation-related organisation.
 
CLASS STRUCTURE :
Full-time (9.00 am - 5.00 pm)
Examination at the end of the course : 70% passing mark
 
COURSE DURATION : 4 days 
 
FEES : RM 1,500.00 per student
 
GENERAL NOTES :
  • Medium of instruction is English Language.
  • Upon passing the examination, and settling all payment dues, each student will be awarded an in-house Certificate of Accomplishment.
